- Document & Vault Data: We host documents, drafts, templates, and signature requests that you upload or generate. This contents is stored securely in isolated tenant partitions.
- Usage & Chat History: We store details of prompt history and actions submitted to the AI assistant to track quotas, performance metrics, and build workspace context.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To operate, manage, and verify your account and access to document vaults.
- To execute LLM prompts, semantic searches, and batch reviews that you trigger in the workspace.
- To process your subscription payments and transaction queries via secure payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay).
- To audit system health, log modifications, prevent abuse, and trace execution anomalies.
Strict AI Policy: We do NOT share your uploaded agreements or LLM prompt content with third parties to train their models, nor do we use them to train our core public models.

- Sensitive database keys and tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.

- You may modify, export, or permanently delete documents and vaults from your workspace at any time.
