If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Description of Service

Lexvault provides an AI-powered legal workspace. Key features include document organization (vaults), automated AI drafting and risk analysis (ContractGen, Review), e-signature campaigns, and workflow automation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, quota, or service level at any time with or without notice.

3. Accounts & Registrations

To utilize the workspace, you must create a verified account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Keep your session credentials and JWT tokens secure.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access.

We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to security breaches originating on client devices.

4. Content & Usage Rights

You retain all intellectual property rights and ownership over documents, variables, drafts, and prompt details imported or generated in your vault.

By submitting prompts or content to the platform, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to process, retrieve, and execute that data solely to provide the services. We do not inspect your document content unless requested for support.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Lexvault Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or legal compromise) arising out of the use or inability to use our AI services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and block access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service, run automated scraping tools against our APIs, or exceed allowed quotas in a malicious manner.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at our sole discretion. We will indicate the date of the latest modifications at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
